APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Step 1: Registration
- Complete the MSA Application Form:
- Fill out the application form with the required information. If you need assistance, feel free to call or email our Admissions team. We're happy to help you through the process.
- Parent/Guardian Signature (for students under 18):
- If the student is under the age of 18, the application form must be signed by both the student and a parent or guardian.
- Submit the Application:
- Once completed and signed, please submit the application form to MSA via one of the following methods:
- In person at the campus
- By mail

Step 2: Fees and Supporting Documents
- Pay the Application Fee: The application fee is required at the time of registration.
- Submit Academic Transcript/Report Card: Students must provide their most recent academic transcript or report card, which should include information about any required prerequisites.
