Mississauga Secondary Academy (MSA) is seeking passionate, creative, and driven Marketing Associates to join our Admissions team. In this volunteer role, you will help shape the future of our school by promoting MSA’s offerings, engaging with prospective students and their families, and driving inquiries and enrollments. Key Responsibilities:

Act as an ambassador for MSA, engaging with potential students and parents to promote the school.

Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to ensure consistent and engaging brand presence.

Develop and publish organic, creative, and visually appealing posts, videos, and other content tailored for different social media platforms to engage with the target audience.

Manage and update the Marketer Customized Page to promote and highlight school products, services, and key initiatives, ensuring the page reflects the brand's identity and objectives.

Leverage CRM software and data analytics tools to track and engage with current and prospective students, optimizing communication strategies for better outreach and conversion rates.

Develop and implement creative strategies to attract potential students.

Respond to inquiries from prospective students and assist with the registration process.

Create engaging marketing materials, including flyers and social media content.

Utilize email and mobile marketing for follow-ups with prospective students.

Coordinate graphics and content for proposals, social media, and external promotions.

Translate marketing communications into multiple languages as needed.

Liaise with printers and distributors for marketing material production and distribution.

Manage design requirements for student brochures and promotional photos.

Analyze the inquiry system to identify and engage potential students.

Plan and coordinate events, functions, and meetings.

Monitor and report on monthly KPIs.

Provide daily support to the marketing team leader.
Qualifications:
-
Education: Completed Grade 12 Ontario Secondary Diploma. Completed or obtaining a post-secondary education (College or University)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in marketing or advertising preferred.
Additional Skills:

Proficient in English. Second Language is an asset (Mandarin, Arabic, etc...)

Organized, flexible, and reliable.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Positive attitude and confidence in customer service interactions.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), QuickBooks, and social media platforms.

Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop and Canva.

Experience with email marketing tools like MailChimp.

Job Summary:
Mississauga Secondary Academy is looking for an organized, detailed, and reliable bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records, process invoices and payments, and assist in preparing financial reports. Your work will contribute to the effective and transparent financial operations of the school.
Key Responsibilities:

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements

Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax, and other bills

Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents

Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Qualifications:

Completed Grade 12 Ontario Secondary Diploma.

Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
